Who we are
There is an urgent need to improve strategies that simultaneously prevent multiple reproductive health risks, including unintended pregnancies, HIV/AIDS, and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
CAMI provides a platform for product developers, researchers, advocates, and clinicians working in reproductive health to coordinate their efforts. By facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration, we advance a holistic approach to reproductive health.
What we are doing
IMPT: CAMI serves as the secretariat for the Initiative for Multipurpose Prevention Technologies (IMPT) for reproductive health. Uniting sexual and reproductive experts around the globe behind a single objective.
MPT Product Mapping Matrices: Developed as a comprehensive resource outlining available and emerging MPT technologies, presented in two tables.
Resource and Information Hub: Recent literature, articles, and research relevant to the advancement of MPTs and reproductive health.
Convenings: Organized with leading reproductive health and STI prevention experts to advance the field of multipurpose prevention technologies.
